5-Point Ear Acupuncture for Stress & Nervous System Support

In today’s world, stress and uncertainty are at an all-time high. The fast pace of life, economic pressures, and ongoing societal shifts have left many feeling overwhelmed, anxious, and disconnected. At Eventide Acupuncture, we recognize the need for accessible, effective ways to reset and restore balance—now more than ever.

This gentle yet powerful acupuncture treatment is designed to help you release tension, find inner calm, and regulate your nervous system in response to the heightened stress of modern life.

How It Works

Our 5-Point Ear Acupuncture treatment is based on time-tested Chinese medicine principles and involves placing five small, sterile needles in each ear while you relax in a quiet, supportive environment with up to 10 other individuals. We offer 6 groups per month.

This treatment helps to:
- Relieve stress and anxiety in uncertain times
- Promote deep relaxation and restful sleep
- Support emotional balance and resilience
- Encourage mental clarity and a sense of calm
- Regulate the nervous system to counteract daily overwhelm

During the session, you’ll sit comfortably for 45-60 minutes as the treatment works gently to restore balance. Many people find it to be a deeply grounding experience, helping to reset the mind and body in a quiet, group healing space.

Session Details & Pricing

  • Cost: $25-$45 per session sliding scale. We do ask for a credit or debit card at time of booking to reserve your space. You may pay at time of booking or at time of session. No shows or late cancellations (less than 24 hours) will be charged $25 to the card on file. If an emergency comes up, please let me know. I am a reasonable human :)

  • Duration: 45-60 minutes (including needle placement and rest time)

  • When: Mondays from 5:00pm-6:00pm

Every Other Friday from 5:00pm-6:00pm
